Illegal sex offenders probably don't reregister

Don Surber has a post on the TX database that scrubbed out the offenders after they were deported. Who knew there was a public record so up to date--there's a guy here in Ohio still paying child support to his deceased wife months after her death and the children are living with him. Anyway, deported offenders are now back on the list--after a policeman was killed.

An elephant and a band

When Raj Bakhta wanted to point out border security problems, he videos himself chasing a guy across the Rio Grande. Then he gets an elephant and a mariachi band and crosses it himself (around min. 4 on the video), with no one stopping him. This is going around the internet, and I first heard it on the radio. This YouTube is great. Did you hear Google is buying it for $135 billion?

Don't land on GO if you're not legal!

Driving back to Ohio from Illinois yesterday we stopped at a McDonald's and I bought a fruit and yogurt parfait. Reading the sack, I found a game sort of like Monopoly. If I submit the number on the sack I think I'm guaranteed $1 or $5 which I can use at Best Buy. If I land on GO, I get a chance at a $200 gift card.

But get this! I have to be a legal resident of U.S., Canada, Guam, Saipan or American Samoa to play! Does this mean Best Buy only has agreements with those countries and territories, or illegals can't gamble? Gosh, we let them go to school, pay for their anchor babies and their Worker's Comp, why can't they gamble?
